摘要: Early endosomes represent a network of interconnected highly pleiomorphic structures that are essential for many processes in simple and complex eukaryotes. They serve as principal sorting station where internalized solutes membrane proteins either retrieved to the cell surface trans Golgi or dispatched degradion late endocytic compartments. A major challenge is achieve an integrated understanding drive control communication between compartments endosomal system. Here overview organization molecular principles cargo transfer early system will be discussed.
