摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that productivity goes down, since first, second, and third polysilicon layers needs to be formed, when each electrode is formed by a layer, even though charges in horizontal charge transmission can swept out drain for sweeping signal speedily, arranging strip shape along element of CCD-type solid-state image pickup element, forming gate between element.
