摘要: A solid-state imaging apparatus comprises a semiconductor substrate, multiplicity of photo electric conversion elements, vertical charge transfer device having plurality channels and electrodes, reading out parts driving that imposes first voltage to the electrode for accumulated signal from elements in period at same time during second least one electrodes adjoining each element accumulating channel under electrode. Damage dynamic range can be prevented.
