摘要: A solid-state image pick-up device is configured for more effectively reducing dark current of an interlace scanning type CCD so that electrodes connected to transfer shift gates are sequentially arranged on two adjacent vertical paths and driven such signal charges prevented from staying longer in the path below gates. This prevents waiting during a horizontal period, thereby otherwise caused paths.
