摘要: A method driving for a solid-state image pickup device in which it is possible to achieve high dynamic range readout without causing unnaturalness the reproduced picture particularly even when filming subject moving at speed. Primary signal charges are generated by adjacent first and second pixels subsequently mixed vertical transfer register. Auxiliary also pixels, and, generation of primary charge pixel occurs prior auxiliary pixel.
