摘要: Abstract The systematic analysis of strongly x-dependent continuum peaks in the Raman spectra BaPb1−xBixO3 manifested that is formed five sets peaks. These are assigned to breathing mode coupled with itinerant electrons and localized electrons. transition from electronic state shows softening toward opening point insulating pseudo-gap at x=0.15. has a finite extent wave function metal-insulator x=0.35 caused by disappearance percolation conductance. self-trapped bipolaronic state. strong interaction between bipolarons possible origin this superconductivity.
