摘要: Abstract Raman spectroscopy in BaxK1−xBiO3 manifests that the phonon spectra resemble closely those of BaPb1−xBixO3. Five peaks decomposed from characteristic continuum peak are assigned to breathing modes coupled with itinerant electrons and localized bipolarons as The utmost difference between these materials is soft mode energy which decreases toward opening point insulating pseudo-gap. In superconducting phase large This indicates extent wave function larger than advantages raise Tc by keeping conductive up highly doped electron concentration.
