摘要: A multi-channel laser device with a fiber array includes housing and ferrule. In the housing, components are arranged side by side, each of is connected to module through an optical isolator. The thermal expanded fibers, fibers out collected disposed on same board, light radiated from front end chip in projected onto isolator convex lens then enters into fiber. Such structure may reach relatively-high coupling efficiency implement arrayed components.
