摘要: We review recent developments in brain mapping and computational anatomy that have greatly expanded our ability to analyze structure function. The enormous diversity of maps imaging methods has spurred the development population-based digital atlases. These atlases store information on how varies across age gender, time, health disease, large human populations. describe atlases, tools align new datasets with them, facilitate comparison data experiments, laboratories, from different devices. major are presented for construction probabilistic which anatomic functional variability a population. Algorithms reviewed create composite based multiple subjects. show group patterns cortical organization, asymmetry, disease-specific trends can be resolved may not apparent individual maps. Finally, we creation four-dimensional (4D) dynamics change disease. Digital correlate these considerable promise identifying general structural variation populations, features depend demographic, genetic, cognitive, clinical parameters.
