摘要: Cubosomes have been explored as drug and antigen carriers in the past few years. A reports described that cubosomes can enhance ability of immunostimulants to generate strong immune responses. Polysaccharide (PS), an immunostimulant, has reported be a promising adjuvant for vaccines. Herein, we incorporated PS into PS-cubosome (Cub-PS) nanoparticles, Cub-PS was characterized by small-angle X-ray scattering cryo-field emission scanning electron microscopy. The immunological activity compared with Cub PS. results demonstrated elicited more potent responses than or alone. enhanced might attributed promotion transport draining lymph nodes efficient dendritic cell activation memory T-helper differentiation nodes. Overall, these findings indicate potential response.
