摘要: Abstract The Mo/ZrO2 and CoMo/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by impregnation of the monoclinic ZrO2 chelating agent nitrilotriacetic acid (NTA) assisted spreading MoO3 with CoCO3, or (NH4)6Mo7O24.4H2O Co(NO3)2.6H2O. characterized X-ray diffraction, N2 physisorption, O2 chemisorption activity in reaction 1-benzothiophene hydrodesulfurization. properties these unconventional compared behavior conventional subsequent support aqueous solution Co(NO3)2.6H2O calcination at 400 °C industrial Al2O3 supported samples. application NTA during preparation systematically increased hydrodesulfurization factor 1.2-1.7. optimal molar ratio NTA/(Co+Mo) to achieve high activities was 1/1. most active catalyst made dissolution MoO3, CoCO3 water followed sulfidation without previous calcination.
