Association between Hepatitis G and Unknown Chronic Hepatitis.

摘要: BACKGROUND Hepatitis G virus (HGV) is a hepatotrope with unknown importance. The genome of the has been detected in patients acute or chronic non-A-E hepatitis, cirrhosis, and hepatocellular carcinoma. aim this study was to determine association between hepatitis hepatitis. METHODS This case-control performed Ebne-Sina military hospital Hamadan, Iran. cases were 35 staff control group consisted 59 healthy subjects who had normal levels serum alanine aminoteransferase (ALT). data analyzed by SPSS, version18, using Fisher's exact test, Student's t-test, multivariate logistic regression analysis. RESULTS Only one patient case (2.9%) tested positive for HGV antibodies, no infected group. There infection our (P=0.37). A significant found male gender (OR=14.9, P=0.01). CONCLUSION No study, so it not necessary evaluate these infection.
