摘要: Purpose: Gastric cancer is associated with poor prognosis. The high mortality rate of gastric mainly attributed to late detection, so diagnosis and treatment are crucial decreasing mortality. purpose this study was examine the predictive accuracy discriminative ability cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) in patients, addition classical tumor biomarkers carbohydrate antigen 199 (CA199) carcinoembryonic (CEA). Methods: performed on 78 serum samples from patients 88 healthy adults. Serum levels CFTR, CA199, CEA CHN were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Results: Spearman’s coefficient analysis showed that, some cases, CFTR strongly correlated CA199 that increased age. Kruskal-Wallis testing indicated concentrations had statistically significant association stage. Logistic regression independently predicted cancer. Receiver operating characteristics (ROC) combinations yielded best ROC curve, an AUC 0.875. Conclusions: results indicate has a broad application prospects for detection GC.
