摘要: Reciprocal Ia inhibition from ankle flexors to extensors was studied during voluntary tonic isometric dorsiflexion and plantar flexion in five normal subjects. The examined as the short-latency suppression of soleus H-reflexes by stimulation low-threshold afferents common peroneal nerve (Mizuno et al. 1971). At rest, weak demonstrated four subjects out five, maximal amount being 14.1 ± 5.0% control H-reflex. absolute inhibition, which calculated subtracting mean size conditioned H-reflex that expressed a percentage M-response, increased dorsiflexion, decreased or disappeared parallel with contraction. neural mechanisms for facilitation inhibitory pathway were considered support hypothesis “α-γ-linkage reciprocal inhibition”, i.e. combined facilitatory effects on interneurone supraspinal centers directly indirectly via γ motoneurone — afferent route. mechanism be flexor side antagonist extensors. A quantitative aspect activity performance movement is revealed this study.
