摘要: Abstract We demonstrate that etched microgrooves, with truncated V-shape in cross-section and subsequent acid etching, on titanium substrata alter the expression of various genes proteins human primary cells. Etched microgrooves 30 or 60 μm width 10 μm depth promoted gingival fibroblast proliferation significantly enhanced osteoblast differentiation bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells periodontal ligament by inducing differential involved cell adhesion, migration, proliferation, mitosis, cytoskeletal reorganization, translation initiation, vesicular trafficking, proton transportation, transforming growth factor-β signaling, mitogen-activated protein kinase simvastatin’s anabolic effect bone, inhibitory guanine nucleotide binding (G protein)’s action, sumoylation pathway, survival/apoptosis, mitochondrial distribution, type I collagen production, differentiation, remodeling were verified display PCR quantitative real-time PCR. The most influential enhancement determined multiple regression analysis, relevant was confirmed western blotting quantitation.
