摘要: Medication adherence is crucial for success in the management of patients with chronic conditions. This study analyzes whether a mobile application on tablet aimed at supporting drug intake and vital sign parameter documentation affects elderly patients.Patients coronary heart disease no prior knowledge computers were recruited. They received personal introduction to Plan, installed an Apple iPad. The was conducted using crossover design 3 sequences: initial phase, interventional phase (28 days app system), comparative paper diary). Users experienced phases alternately.A total 24 (12 males; mean age 73.8 years) enrolled study. subjectively assessed (A14-scale; 5-point Likert scale, from "never" "very often" which results score 0 56) before 50.0 (SD = 3.44). After both interventions there significant increase, more pronounced after (54.0; SD 2.01) than (52.6; 2.49) (for all pairs interventions, P <0.001). Neither medical conditions nor number (amount frequency taking) per day affected subjective adherence. Logging data showed significantly stronger medication system blood pressure recordings (P <0.001) 0.033). majority participants (n 22) stated that they would like use their daily lives not need further assistance app.A increased objectively measured users undergoing rehabilitation. findings have promising clinical implications: digital tools can assist achieve measurement. Although this requires offline training, it reduce complications overload because nonadherence.
