摘要: Matrix metalloproteases (MMPs) are a family of well-known enzymes which operate prevalently in the extracellular domain, where they fulfil function remodeling matrix (ECM). Within 26 members, encoded by 24 genes humans, MMP-2 and MMP-9 have been regarded as primarily responsible for basement membrane peri-cellular ECM rearrangement. In cases infiltrating carcinomas, arise from epithelial tissues gland or an internal organ, marked alteration expression activity levels both MMPs is known to occur. The present investigation represents continuation upgrading our previous studies, now focusing on occurrence intensity -9 their proteomic correlations cohort 80 breast cancer surgical tissues.
