摘要: Accumulation of Ca, Mg and K, the principal cations in dry bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L) seed, was studied under field greenhouse conditions. ‘Cran-09’, a cranberry ‘Norstar’, navy bean, were grown to maturity ‘Cran-09’ had seed weight 605 mg, Ca concentration 1·2 g kg-1 harvest index 0·032. The corresponding three parameters ‘Norstar’ 161 2·2 0·064. difference not due increased absorption by but rather larger proportion plant tops being diverted component. compensated some extent smaller K concentration. In contrast cultivar relatively little effect on indices for Mg, N P. average six cultivars conditions 90% more than that kidney cultivars. © 1997 SCI.
