摘要: The calcium (Ca2+) transporters, like Ca2+ channels, ATPases, and exchangers, are instrumental for signaling transport. However, the mechanism by which they orchestrate accumulation of in grain filling has not yet been investigated. Hence present study was designed to identify potential transporter genes that may be responsible spatial during filling. In silico expression analyses were performed transporters predominantly express different developmental stages Oryza sativa. A total 13 unique (7 from massively parallel signature sequencing [MPSS] data analysis, 9 microarray analysis) identified. Analysis variance (ANOVA) revealed differential across tissues, principal component analysis (PCA) exhibited their seed-specific distinctive profile. Interestingly, exchanger highly expressed initial stages, whereas some ATPase throughout seed development. Furthermore, cis-elements located promoter region subset suggested Dof proteins play essential roles regulating rice Based on these results, we developed a hypothetical model explaining transport tissue specific distribution developing cereal seeds. extrapolated understand behind exceptionally high level seen grains finger millet.
