摘要: We explore a new way of light emission at 1530 nm. The light-emitting layer contains the mixture Er/sub 2/O/sub 3/ nanoparticles and spin-on glass. It is deposited on silicon wafers. This very thin, but exhibits optical gain. can also improve efficiency by introducing P/sub 5/ Yb/sub nanoparticles.
