摘要: The tumor-associated antigen complex, TSP-180, was previously defined in carcinoma cell lines and found to be expressed higher amounts tumor than normal tissue. Here, the mouse TSP-180 complex is shown consist of three related proteins (bands 1, 2, 3) associated with a distinct protein (band 5) that probably derived from precursor 4). All these are surface glycoproteins, largest 1) can readily labeled 32PO4. described here strongly resembles recently human integrin alpha 6-beta 4 complex. This homology confirmed using two rat anti-alpha 6 monoclonal antibodies, each which recognized both complexes. Furthermore, band 5 (mouse 6) had an N-terminal sequence identical 6. Finally, different antibodies described, 346-11A 439-9B, directly recognize multiple forms beta proteins, respectively.
