Reliance of Suku Anak Dalam to Harapan Rainforest, Indonesia: foodstuff collection preference

摘要: This study was aimed to investigate foodstuff collection pattern of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) based on their accessibility in Harapan Rainforest (HRF) Sumatra, Indonesia. The qualitative and quantitative information collected from three groups SAD which consist 34 households using semi-structured questionnaires. research observes daily collection; hunting/collecting, cultivating/raising buying. Data analysed SPSS MS Excel determine the attribute that might point out preference collecting foodstuff. all prefers buy carbohydrate food (rice) nearest vendor, meanwhile for protein-based mostly depends fish egg; they prefer fishing raising chicken gain eggs. have backyard garden cultivate vegetables, modern group often vegetable consumption. Most items could be found forest, only rice spices are imported elsewhere.
