摘要: Abstract High temperature hot dip galvanized (HT-HDG) coatings obtained on structural steels were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDXS) techniques. The coating was primarily composed of δ1 (Fe5Zn21, face-centered cubic (f.c.c.)) ζ (FeZn13, monoclinic) phases. A comparison made between galvannealed HT-HDG with regard to characteristics properties, since both types involve processes contain Fe-Zn intermetallic
