摘要: A study of the ITS1 nucleotide sequences 1000 moss species 62 families, 11 liverwort from five orders, and one hornwort Anthoceros agrestis identified highly conserved motifs (CM1-CM5), which are presumably involved in pre-rRNA processing. Although substantially differ length extent divergence, found all them. secondary structures were constructed for 76 mosses, main regularities at motif positioning observed. The positions processing sites structure yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to be similar mosses liverworts. In addition, a potential hairpin formation putative fragment was considered region between CM4-CM5 hairpins 49 50 (H49 H50) 18S rRNA.
