摘要: : In this study, we present the possibilities for calculating systematic relationships on higher taxonomical levels based exclusively ITS1. This is demonstrated Boraginales (Boraginaceae s.str., Cordiaceae, Ehretiaceae, Heliotropiaceae, Hydrophyllaceae and Lennoaceae). Secondary structure of ITS1 region more conserved than primary (i.e., sequence itself) therefore a tool optimizing alignments. It increases number structural characters. Information inferred from secondary enables us to construct well-resolved phylogenetic trees at taxonomic levels. A general Boraginales, with four major helices, proposed here. each subtaxon, derivations are found. The paraphyly Boraginaceae s.l. evident both comparison structures bootstrap analysis. s.str. sister group clade formed by Hydrophyllaceae, Heliotropiaceae Lennoaceae. last taxa constitute monophyletic which Hydrophyllaceae. Lennoaceae closely related these two in turn Cordiaceae.
