摘要: Objective The objective of this study was to identify determinants health-related quality life (HRQoL) impairment in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Overall, 101 SLE were recruited; 37 healthy subjects and 35 rheumatoid arthritis (RA) served as controls. HRQoL evaluated using three patient reported outcomes (PROs): the Short Form-36 version 2 (SF-36v2) health survey, fatigue scale 4 (FACITv4) Heath Assessment Questionnaire (HAQ). A large set demographic clinical variables, including subtypes, searching for factors independently associated worse QoL. Multivariate models applied outcomes. Bonferroni's corrected p values < 0.05 considered significant. Results showed results than controls ( p < 0.01) all SF-36v2 domains and, reference mental QoL, also RA p < 0.01).
