摘要: Fibromyalgia is one of the numerous comorbidities that may accompany inflammatory rheumatic diseases. Concomitant fibromyalgia in conditions can interfere with symptomatology, disease activity and overall management plan. The aim present narrative review article was to discuss current evidence on (i) prevalence/frequency comorbid conditions, (ii) role activity, (iii) impact concomitant biological disease-modifying antirheumatic treatment outcomes (iv) potential effectiveness drugs fibromyalgia-related symptoms among patients A literature search conducted through PubMed/MEDLINE Cochrane Web Science databases by using relevant keywords their combinations. Studies representing different geographical areas world revealed frequency rates are higher diseases than those general population. Comorbid interferes not only scores but also Further warranted order determine benefits
