摘要: Abstract Commercial soybean meal (CSBM) was fermented with Saccharomyces cerevisiae using the solid-state fermentation (SSF). Yeast increased protein content of CSBM by 13.65%, total hydrolyzed amino acids 16.27% and decreased phytic acid tripsin inhibitor. A feeding trial conducted to investigate effect yeast (YFSBM) on growth, feed utilization, hematological biochemical blood parameters Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus. Five isonitrogenous (295 g/kg crude isocaloric 19.5 MJ/kg gross energy) practical diets were formulated replacing 0% (D-0), 25% (D-50), 75% (D-75) 100% (D-100) from fish YFSBM. Each diet fed three replicate groups an initial weight 3.49 ± 0.09 g for 84 days. Using polynomial regression best final body (FBW), gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR), efficiency ratio (PER) productive value (PPV) recorded D-25. Based FCR, broken-line model estimated optimum level YFSBM replace FM is at 37.4%. The apparent digestibility coefficients (ADCs) D-25 followed D-50 a linear model. Best fit obtained chemical composition. Body ash contents tended be higher reached plateau in D-50. However, showed that lowest dry matter (DM), lipid energy (GE) occurred replacement. analysis, non-significant inclusion Htc Hb found. same pattern observed WBCs, RBCs, IGF-I, C3 GH ALT AST D-50, respectively data regressions.
