摘要: Abstract The use of enzymes in animal feed is common practice nowadays and its utilization has shown good results for improving the efficiency nutrient utilization. In this sense, goal work was to add low cost fungal phytases proteases, with promising biological characteristics, produced by Solid State Fermentation using agro-industrial co-products improve nutritional availability plant based diets Nile tilapia. Considering chosen digestibility trail, Aspergillus niger acid phytases, as A. oryzae , proteases withoptimum pH over 8. were stable at high temperatures (90 °C phytase 50 °C protease) showed very distinct behavior when different substrates tested. Subsequently, upscale production protease 7000 U g − 1 2500 U g respectively, applied additive a protein fish diet. They increased protein, mineral, energy lipids ( P ˂ 0.05), showing that these new can performance. Additionally, are an alternative additives soybean meal diets.
