摘要: Organic anion-transporting polypeptides (Oatps) play important roles in transporting endogenous substances and xenobiotics into the liver are implicated drug-drug interactions. Many factors could influence their expression result alterations drug disposition, efficacy toxicity. This study was aimed to examine development-, aging-, sex-dependent Oatps livers of rats. The from SD rats during development (-2, 1, 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 60 d) aging (60, 180, 540 and/or 800 were collected total RNAs extracted, purified, subjected real-time PCR analysis. Total proteins extracted for western-blot Results showed that Oatp1a1, Oatp1a4, Oatp1a5 Oatp1b2 all hardly detectable fetal rat livers, low at birth, rapidly increased after weaning (21 d), reached peak d. remained stable age between 60-180 d, decreased elderly (540 d). After highly expressed liver, contrast, low. Oatp expressions male-predominant livers. In aged rats, shared a consistent ontogeny pattern mRNA protein level. conclusion, this gene influenced by gender, which provide basis individual variation transport, metabolism toxicity children, women.
