摘要: Abstract A survey is made of recent crystallographic studies on biological molecules involving unit cells larger than 200 A. Despite the problems intrinsic to their weak and closely spaced diffraction patterns, advances in data collection structure solution methodology have brought determination very large within mainstream X-ray crystallography.
