摘要: Twenty of the K Auger lines silver have been resolved and estimates their relative intensities obtained. Comparison with theoretical calculated by Burhop indicates that existing theory is not quantitatively correct relativistic modifications offer little hope improvement. Special attention directed to K → LL where disagreement most marked. similar observations previously reported for gold bismuth shows an interesting agreement in observed ratio intensity K → LIILIII line K → LIIILIII line, K → LILIII K → LILI line.
