摘要: P and RE complex modification of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys was conducted. The influences P, content on the microstructure mechanical properties were investigated. modifications make coarse block primary silicon obviously refined large needle eutectic modified to fine fibrous or lamella ones. mainly refines silicon, but excess is unfavorable refinement silicon. can well refine its effect more obvious. repress with additions 0.08% 0.60% have optimal highest properties. Compared unmodified alloy, be from 66.4 μm 23.3 8.3 5.2 μm. tensile strength improved 256 MPa 306 elongation 0.35% 0.48%.
