摘要: AbstractThe solidification of microstructure hypereutectic Al-20%Si alloy obtained by mixing high-temperature Al-30%Si melt and low-temperature Al-10%Si in a ratio 1 : was investigated optical microscopy. A certain amount AlTi5BRE10 inter added into before mixing. The results showed that the primary Si crystals were refined passivated process further silicon α-Al phase. coarse plates, petals irregular triangular-shaped turned fine block shapes, phases spherical. After treatment, composed phase, eutectic (α + Si) silicon, which caused to exhibit typical hypoeutectic characteristics.
