摘要: Abstract The hypereutectic Al–23%Si alloy was treated with ultrasonic wave. A novel horn crucible designed specially for this experiment. a part of horn, and the molten direct in crucible. morphology, size, distribution microstructures Al–Si were observed by means an optical microscope. results show that after wave, hydrogen bubbles melt removed, primary Si phase refined, morphology α-Al dendritic crystal changed to equiaxial crystal, eutectic lamellar spacing increased. mechanisms treatment improving discussed.
