摘要: In 480 consecutive coronary arteriograms, we found 21 cases with normal resting electrocardiograms associated complete or nearly occlusion of one more the three major branches. Significant collateral circulation was demonstrated in 19 cases. other 2 there evidence good flow contrast agent past narrowed segment. All patients had angina and 6 clinical myocardial infarction six months before arteriogram. No electrocardiographic necrosis detected at time arteriography these patients. We believe that absence abnormalities is related to development vessels. This network must be capable either (1) supplying all most affected tissue blood amounts sufficient meet their minimal metabolic demands (2) inducing shrinkage necrotic area its envelopment by viable myocardium.
