摘要: Population-based lipid screening studies were initiated in the city of Leipzig, Germany, and included more than 30,000 subjects. The objectives Lipid Study Leipzig (LSL) to evaluate cardiovascular risk factor profile its dependence on age, nutrition social factors. In addition, study results compared with those other population-based studies, development factors over a 10-year period was evaluated. LSL data obtained from subjects recruited at community centres, work sites, schools University Germany. Capillary blood cholesterol high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol levels measured using Reflotron dry-chemistry system (Roche Diagnostics, Germany). also pressure, body mass index, waist-to-hip ratio, evaluation dietary lifestyle show an age-dependent increase risk, which may have been partly preventable. Furthermore, showed improvement respect plasma cholesterol, past 10 years men women older 30 50 years, respectively. known age total non-high-density is less pronounced for following healthy vegetarians. This suggests that rise these parameters
