摘要: Summary Alkaline phosphatase electrophoretic patterns characteristic of three phases in early human trophoblast development are described this preliminary communication. Phase 1 (6 to 10 weeks) consists entirely two heat-sensitive, l-homoarginine-inhibited bands, the slower one which possesses antigenic determinants liver-bone-type alkaline phosphatase, whereas fast band lacks any known determinants. 2 pattern (11 13 is that a mixture and 3 isozyme components, latter exhibiting bands with characteristics term placental phosphatase. These developmental phase-specific phosphatases correspond order non-Regan isoenzyme, Regan isozymes isoenzyme variety cancer tissues. The biochemical profile expressed as 78.5% heat-sensitive inhibition (5 min at 65°), 66.3% l-homoarginine inhibition, 17.3% l-phenylalanine where n = 12. It hypothesized tumor tissues reflects expression genes corresponding or more trophoblastic development.
