摘要: The interpersonal relationship between doctor and patient is fundamental to general medical practice. In this paper we explore the ways in which practitioners make sense of changing political economy relationship, as it restructured by ideas about consumer, increasingly constitutes consultation a point interaction that may be intrinsically therapeutic. particular, site negotiated power relations patient, doctor's negotiation powerful discourses professional institutional identity.
