摘要: Interneurones in the deutocerebrum of male cockroaches were characterised according to their intracellularly recorded responses odours females and selected food odours. Following physiological characterization interneurones stained by intracellular injection dye. Some characterized extracellular recording staining. The electrodes either placed somata or more usually neurites between deutocerebral glomeruli. Such recordings reveal a continuous background synaptic potentials, spikes at variable but low frequency depending upon individual interneurone. odours, which blown over one antenna, whole female extract two purified components this; Fraction A second identical Periplanone B.
