摘要: Young sunflower plants (Helianthus annuus L. cv. Halcon), grown in nutrient solution at two K+ levels (0.25 and 2.5 mM) were used to study the effect of content root on uptake transport exuding stream decapitated plants. Roots low gave higher exudation flux, concentration exudate flux than high roots. After 6 h roots was about three times that When kept a which Rb+ replaced K+, exuded much more after first 2 h, whereas similar amounts Rb+. In intact different (0.1, 1.0 10.0 mM), there an inverse relationship between level accumulated or transported shoot. The results suggest ions from xylem parenchyma stele apoplast may be controlled by coming down shoot sieve tubes.
