摘要: In the period 1935–60 many investigations concerning uptake of ions by roots were carried out on excised roots. It was then believed that excision left root in its normal condition for hours after severance from rest plant. 1960s however, a number experiments out, results which challenged this assumption. 1963 Koster reported there rapid decline nitrate and ammonium soy bean plants few they bark ringed [1]. Ricinus communis found to show potassium only 65 min ringing [2]. Bowling (1968) Helianthus annuus fell rapidly if length stem cooled just above 0 °C. Potassium restored when cooling coil removed [3].
