摘要: This paper describes the application of electronic speckle pattern interferometry to vibration measurements on human ear drum in vivo. The technique makes use a continuous wave laser, reference phase modulation, and videorecording interferograms for subsequent analysis. Preliminary results, like frequency response amplitude measurements, are presented illustrate ability this technique.
