摘要: The introduction of strategic corporate sustainability policies is expected to result in the improvement several issues companies. One these work, which should involve greater well-being for workers. Within context production engineering, this research connects and work-related issues, latter seen light discipline ergonomics. Based on case studies conducted at four companies considered benchmarks, we examined how theme has influenced issues. elements analyzed here were strategy, organizational practices deploying work design phase. last element moment prescribed organization. results show that, despite announcement inclusion changes there not any explicit evidence confirming that such are as a requirement projects.
