摘要: Resume La survenue d'une denutrition est frequente dans l'evolution insuffisance respiratoire chronique et un element de mauvais pronostic. Les methodes d'evaluation la sa definition sont tres variables litterature. Nous avons detaille les seules utilisees en pratique clinique decrit principaux resultats obtenus chez patients atteints bronchopneumopathie obstructive (BPCO). Le poids corporel merite d'etre mieux surveille cette population, mais diminution peut etre masquee par une retention hydrosodee. L'impedancemetrie bioelectrique ou l'absorptiometrie biphotonique des utiles pour definir composition corporelle ayant BPCO. L'estimation masse maigre mesure l'index creatinine-taille difficile patient ambulatoire. concentrations plasmatiques proteines viscerales souvent normales ne semblent pas marqueurs l'etat nutritionnel ces patients. tests immunologiques (hypersensibilite retardee cutanee, taux lymphocytes totaux) outils sensibles depistage. L'evaluation fonction musculaire squelettique test marche epreuve d'effort recommandee avant debuter programme renutrition apprecier l'efficacite.
