摘要: Microalgae of Nannochloropsis sp. present valuable source bio-molecules (pigments, lipids, proteins) that have nutritional potential for the prevention and treatment human diseases. Moreover, some species are promising sources biofuels excellent candidates replacement classical biofuel crops. This review describes compares efficiency different conventional novel techniques can be used cell disruption recovery from sp. Classification extraction includes chemical, enzymatic, mechanical other physical methods. The detailed analysis assisted by pressure temperature (subcritical supercritical fluids, hydrothermal liquefaction), ultrasound, microwaves, pulsed electric energy (pulsed fields high voltage electrical discharges) is presented. general discussion comparison between techniques, their effectiveness selectivity cost-effectiveness, benefits limitations also analyzed.
