摘要: The Inc A/C plasmids, like P and Q have a broad host range. However, their maintenance functions remain to be studied. An autoreplicative region of 2.79 kb named RepA/C, able replicate both in the family Enterobacteriaceae Pseudomonas spp., was isolated sequenced. stability, copy number, incompatibility expression this replicon were determined. RepA/C nonautoreplicative fragment 16 used as probes showed specific hybridizations with P3-A/C plasmids from spp. members Enterobacteriaceae. These could tools for identification epidemiologically important group.
