摘要: The present invention relates to a method for exponential amplification of RNA using primer independent RNA-dependent polymerase (RdRp) wherein reactants are premixed cycle and then transferred into the reaction chamber in which steps polymerisation complementary strand separation resulting double-stranded occur. also reactor carrying out amplification.
