摘要: A method for preparing a sample suspected to contain target nucleic acid sequence amplification reaction and verifying the effectiveness of preparation comprises step mixing with controls. The controls are cells, spores, microorganisms, or viruses that marker sequence. mixed is subjected lysis treatment, released by treatment conditions. presence absence then determined. Positive detection indicates process was satisfactory, while inability detect inadequate preparation.
