摘要: This study investigated the respective roles of hippocampus, amygdala, and dorsal striatum in learning memory. A standard set experimental conditions for studying effects lesions to three brain areas using an 8-arm radial maze was used: a win-shift version, conditioned cue preference (CCP) win-stay version. Damage hippocampal system impaired acquisition task but not CCP or tasks. lateral amygdala These results are consistent with hypothesis that mammalian may be capable acquiring different kinds information different, more-or-less independent neural systems. includes hippocampus acquire about relationships among stimuli events. mediate rapid behaviors based on biologically significant events affective properties. formation reinforced stimulus-response associations.
